My Comments: In my opinion, this would have been a disaster move for T-Mobile. I have had T-Mobile service since 2004. Even when I used to do online chat customer service for Verizon, I had T-Mobile. Yes I was one of those Verizon agents that read your complaints online that you weren’t getting any signal, while texting my loved ones on 4 and 5 bars of signal on my T-Mobile phone. Anyway, I was prepared to cancel two of my lines if T-Mobile increased my plan and just go back to a single line. I only added lines for the fun of it, not because I needed them. I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer ready to play some real game with T-Mobile.
