Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

I used to feel guilty about myself on days when I wasn’t feeling motivated to work on something, like my blog, or other project. But then I realized that sometimes we all just need a break and it is ok to take some time away before getting burned out. Now I look at lazy days as time to refresh my mind on being mentally focused so that I am feeling motivated back to putting in 100% of my efforts.
