Note 777 A Total Of 17 Used Ebooks Bought This Weekend

A great Sunday night here on March 10th, 2024 at 11:54 PM CST. I spent the evening shopping on Ebay for used books. I found, and bought 17 used books on Ebay over the weekend to add to my home library. Buying used books definitely takes discipline, especially when you have limited space like I do, but so worth owning them. There are so many out there that I would love to own. I can’t wait to start diving into my directories and encyclopedias for blogging so that I can share some content from my book collection. I haven’t really looked at the books I’ve collected, and I’ve been collecting used books for at least 5 years now I think, and it’s definitely time that I start using them.

Note 774 Recommended Sellers On Ebay Web Version

It has been a long time since I logged into Ebay on the web. I didn’t realize how much I missed the web version of a platform I’ve shopped on since 2000… yes I said 2000… that means I’ve been shopping there for 24 years… wow. Anyway what I really wanted to say is I noticed they now have a “recommended sellers” block on their home page, and I think that’s cool. I’m assuming these recommended sellers are based off of items you have already bought previously. So I’m definitely going to have to check out some of these, and definitely need to log in on the web version of Ebay more often. I don’t care how good an app is, 9 times out of 10, you will always get a better experience on the web. Also regarding recommended Ebay sellers, I am trying to get into the habit of saving seller’s profiles when I buy something on Ebay, and eventually I hope to make up a list of sellers I recommend here at Pad53 in the lists section of this website.

Note 760 Places To Buy Furniture Online For Shipping To Your Home

Sometimes our situations may make it so that we are not able to get out and go to a furniture store to buy furniture based on our schedule, or pricing at furniture stores may be out of reach, or just more than we want to pay at any given time in our lives. We all however at some point need to buy furniture pieces to enhance our home life, whether it is for enhancing our home decor, or just for the need of owning functional pieces for comfortable living. Let’s face it also that in today’s world, it is just super convenient to go online, click or tap a few links and buttons on a website, pay for an item, and have it sent directly to our doors.

At the time that I’m writing this blog post, I am currently, and have been for awhile, searching for some accent style chairs for my apartment living room. I currently only own one easy chair with an ottoman. I need more seating for when I have guests dropping by. So I have been discovering (mostly through ads on Facebook) places that could be potential good sources to buy furniture pieces online. They can ship furniture to you, generally by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I wanted to share with you this list of resources for buying furniture online that I’ve found so far. This list is for you, and for me as well so that I can keep all these together. Most of these links are the basics everyone knows already, and if you know furniture, then you’ll know I’m not listing places where high-end furniture is generally sold, but all of these places feature some really nice items if you shop around enough, and if you are on a budget (who isn’t), then you can find a lot of lesser known brand products that won’t break your wallet. I will update this list in a new blog post later if I find any other places that interest me.

Note 653 I Went On My Microwave Shopping Trip Anyway

Earlier this morning I said I was going to postpone my shopping trip to get a new microwave oven. I decided to go anyway to get it off of my chores list. Also I said I was feeling exhausted… apparently I was also feeling sick. I ended up throwing up when I got home to my apartment this morning. It felt like a hunger sickness, as if I hadn’t ate anything and my empty stomach made me sick. What is odd about that is that I had ate a frozen spaghetti dinner. I had went to Jack’s and got a breakfast to go, but didn’t eat anything. I layed down in bed and went to sleep. I slept well. It was the first real sleep time I’ve had in about a month.

To back-track just a little, I got a new microwave oven. It’s a small 700 watt unit, which should be fine for my needs. I also bought a new garbage can since I left my old one at my last residence. And I bought a new Bissell brand vacuum cleaner.

When I woke up around 3 PM CST this afternoon, I set up my new microwave in the kitchen, and heated up the breakfast I bought this morning. It was great.

So now I’m back at the facility on my next watch, I feel rested, no longer hungry, and I’m in a relatively good mood.

Today, and tonight is my first real time to start getting back into normal routine after spending the last month packing and moving and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to slow down a little.
